BC head coach and snowboarders lead the Canadian half-pipe team to the 2011 World Championships

The Canadian half-pipe team will be guided by head coach Leo Addington of Vancouver, BC at the 2011 FIS World Snowboard Championships. This prestigious event will include the top snowboarders from 44 different countries as they ride the slopes in La Molina, Spain. Competing in the championships are two of BC’s best riders who finished with the best Canadian results in the 2010 Olympic Games.  Justin Lamoureux of Squamish, BC and Mercedes Nicoll of Whistler, BC will be looking for solid performances to lead their team to the podium on January 14 – 22.
