National Junior team selection camp roster includes 7 with BC roots

The roster for the National Junior ice hockey team set to compete in the World Championships during the 2010-11 holiday season included 39 names upon its release yesterday. On the list were 7 of BC’s up-and-coming hockey players: Brendan Gallagher (Delta), Tyson Barrie (Victoria), Brett Connolly (Campbell River), Curtis Hamilton (Kelowna), Ryan Howse (Prince George), Ryan Johansen (Port Moody) and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (Burnaby).

Selection camp takes place December 12-15 in Toronto. Read more information on the BC boys or see who else was named.
